How to Disassemble and Store the Solids Control Equipment ?

The basic requirements for the storage of solids control equipment

1. To select the special site of solids control equipment storage.

2. When solids control equipment get problems, first repair, then deactivate and store it.

3. The deactivated solids control equipment need to be maintained according to the relevant provisions,we need to do these well before stopping use it.

4. The deactivated solids control equipment need to be covered, underlaid, dustproof and moistureproof.

5. They need regular maintenance and periodic inspection accordance with the relevant provisions during storage.
 

6. The oil of sand pump,drilling fluid should be drained and dried with dry air. Each inlet and outlet should be wrapped, sealed.

7. The drilling fluid in drilling mud tank should be cleaned and dried with dry air, each inlet should be sealed with bandage, bandage should be done well to protect each electrical equipment.

When drilling is completed, the disassembly of solids control equipment generally according to the following steps:

1. Washing the surface of drilling fluid tank and equipment.

2. Open the sand cleaning door to clear the waste drilling fluid and sand in tank.

3. Move shale shaker, drilling fluid mud cleaner, vacuum degasser, desander,desilter,decanter centrifuge and other equipment away.

4. Put down the lights on the drilling fluid tank, and fixed them on the tank surface.

5. Put down the drilling fluid flip aisle and fix it with a pin, remove the fence and fix it on the tank surface.

6. Remove the connecting line between the drilling fluid tank,put large pieces into the tank and small pieces into the box after cleaning.
