Ten Daily Maintenance Points of Cyclone Desander Really Should Know

Desande,used as on e of the most important solis control equipment,need to be paied attention in drilling fluid process to ensure the high efficiency of working.There some details about operating it.

Cyclone Desander Daily Operating Essentials:

1. Never smear butter in the cyclone, roof sealing groove of desander , because this surface is metal seal, butter surfaces may contain or adsorbed particles can damage the sealing.

2. We need to prepare spare filter and enough O-ring.

3. Visually inspect the inside of desander cyclone.
 

4. When desilting online, pressure difference inside must not exceed 3MPa.

5. In the work,there just only need one hydrocyclone desander to operate, the other should always be in the standby state.

6. Measuring cyclone desander key parts' wall thickness every six working hours.

7. If there is a sudden drop of pressure difference when in the work, it indicate that the filter is damaged, you should immediately stop work, switch to another way to work.

8. We should take the filter out from desander cyclone and check desanding filter after the end of a day's work.

9. When clean a new drilling well,we need to pay attention the butter flow from pipe thread jamming the desanding filter oil outflow from the pipe threaded,we must take out the desanding filter and clean it with high-pressure steam once it happen.

10. As long as the filter taked out, it must be immediately cleaned with water cleaning equipment, avoiding sand or proppant deposited into key positions.
