Use of Oil Shale Shaker
Drilling fluid shale shaker is the first defense of solids control, also known as a solid control equipment, drilling fluid is not allowed directly into the tank without handled by shale shaker. The drilling speed is fast in upper strata, there is a great amount of drill cuttings, displacement is large , shale shaker's handle pressure is big, and the shale shaker screen is easily damaged, we should regularly check it, be aware of these problem. Especially at night, under the dim light, with less operator. How to ensure the integrity of the drilling screen in perfect condition in drilling process,discover screen breakage timely, and timely replace it is subject in well team management. The upper strata is mostly sand, the sand easily clog shale shaker screen, impact shale shaker handling drilling fluid,so we should brush, wash, drain shaker screen.
Shale shaker's condition is usually not same,some well team meet the problem that drilling fluid can't be completely handled in the upper part of the well drilling, it requires fluids recovered from the pool, we need to make preparations ahead of the recovery, such as control the draw off the water, frame of pump and pulling pipelines in drilling fluid control pool. The drilling fluid need to be sufficiently precipitated before recovered, it is best to be recycled for purification by drilling mud cleaner, do not let drilling fluid with sand recovered to pump to drilling fluid tank, avoiding the sand directly into the well.
Use of Drilling Fluid Cleaner
After the drilling fluid through the shale shaker, then it will be further processed by drilling fluid mud cleaner. Drilling mud cleaner can not only remove finer particles, it is also the last barrier before drilling fluid entering into drilling wells. Large particles of sand that drilling mud cleaners need remove increase after shale shaker screen damaged,it can timely reflected from the screen surface of drilling mud cleaner.
The main factors affecting the drilling fluid mud cleaner cyclone are drilling fluid stick cut and paste and drilling fluid pressure, swirling funnel wall and bottom orifice wear condition, there are debris at swirling funnel inlet, the bottom orifice plugged and so on. Drilling mud cleaner's normal working pressure is generally 0.2-0.35MPa, it underflow is umbellate.
Use of Oil Decanter Centrifuge
Oil decanter centrifuge can remove finer 200-mesh particles after drilling fluid mud cleaner. Before drilling fluid weighted,the oil decanter centrifuge need fully run; after it's weighted, the main consideration is cost of weighting agents and fluid density, we need proper control processing capacity and processing time of oil centrifuge, so should try to clear the impurities in drilling fluid before it weighted.
