What Must Be Payed Attention To About LW Series Centrifuge Operation?

1. The sedimentation centrifuge of horizontal and helix unloading is a kind of equipment with high rotating speed. And to operate the centrifuge with more effectiveness, the instructions must be carefully read before starting the machine.

2. LW series centrifuge has bigger rotating inertia and the current to start. It can last for a longer time. So, the circuit and electric equipment should be able to be running with bigger load.

3. Before the centrifuge is solidly installed, it is forbidden to operate the equipment..

4. While operating the centrifuge, the holding down bolt of the machine housing should be screwed down.

5. If there is apparent and abnormal noise and vibration in operating the centrifuge, the equipment should be immediately halted. Before the equipment is stably halted, it is strictly prohibited knocking down the machine.

6. While using cleaning liquid to wash the drum and spiral impeller, the cleaning liquid is not eroding drum and spiral impeller should be used.

7. When the centrifuge is not used, the power supply to the main and auxiliary motors should be turned off.

8. For maintenance and repairing the rotating parts including the drum and spiral impeller, if welding and polishing have to be used, please contact the KOSUN company.

9. It is strictly prohibited to knock down the drum and the differential, not to mention exchanging the position between the drums or exchanging the position with drum of other centrifuge.

10. If the machine is not used, it should be guaranteed that the drum be prevented from being in contact with corrosive medium. (Before stopping the machine, wash it with clean water or cleaning liquid of 50℃.)

11. During period when the machine is not used, the drum should be manually rotated once a week at least.
