The Installation, Application And Maintenance Of The Mud Agitator

1. Lift the agitator horizontally and stably, put it in the desired position. After coaxial degree adjusted <0.39mm, weld four M16 seats to tank and screw up tightly the fix bolts.

2. Spring Washers must be added to the bolts of the rigid shaft adapter and be tightened unless the impeller shaft will deflect, resulting in severe reducer wear.

3. Abnormal sound, sticking and over temperature should not be happen unless stopping and troubleshooting must be.

4. The oil level of the reducers should be in the middle position of oil window. Add lubrication oil N220～N320（ambient temperature -30℃～40℃）or N320～N460（ambient temperature 40℃～65℃）before operation.Clean the reducer innner and replace the new oil after 100 hours.Then, replace the oil every 2500hs.
