Mud Agitator’s Feature

Mud agitator structure and working principle

Structure: The device consists of explosion-proof motor, speed reducer, Washing machine base and components, motor and reducer, reducer and wave axle are connected through a rigid coupling. Washingby the four vanes welded.

Working principle: Washing stirrer can generate vortex motion, thus increasing the stirring effect. Mud Agitator’s Installation And Use of Maintenance

2, mud agitator rigid coupling spring washer must be installed and should be solid and reliable, otherwise it will cause waves axle deflection, exacerbated reducer wear.

3, mud mixer blender running should be no abnormal sound, cassette, high temperature and other abnormal situations. Otherwise, should stop to check, troubleshooting.

4, mud agitator gearbox oil level should be maintained, as the oil window in the middle position, the work often make up the oil. Recommended to use 120 # industrial gear oil. When the field is not satisfied, also use other suitable lubricant particle
